Lilka is a 3-star Earth Ranger built as a single-target support enabler. Her standout skill, Technical Support, raises the Attack of both herself and the ally with the highest Attack and shoves that ally forward in the turn order by 30 percent, with a larger 50 percent extra push when that ally is near the back of the queue, letting a heavy hitter strike early or take an extra turn. Her attacks are one-target only: her basic can lower an enemy's Defense, and her grenade skill lowers a single foe's Attack and Hit Chance, softening one threat at a time rather than the whole enemy team. She has no passive and her support skills sit on four-turn cooldowns, so her value comes in bursts rather than every turn.

Counters

  • Hard-hitting allies who need to move first — Technical Support hands her strongest ally an Attack boost and a turn-order push, with a big bonus push when that ally is slow to act, so a star damage dealer can land the opening blow or chain an extra turn before the enemy reacts.
  • Tanky front-liners — Her basic attack can strip an enemy's Defense for two turns, helping her allies cut through durable bruisers and damage-soaking targets she focuses down.
  • Single dangerous attackers — Her grenade skill lowers one foe's Attack and Speed at once, cutting a key enemy carry's damage and shoving it down the turn order for two turns.
  • Slower comps in a speed race — By repeatedly pushing her best ally's turn meter she helps her team win the early tempo battle against opponents who can't act first.

Countered by

  • Cleanse and immunity — Her whole offensive pressure is single-target debuffs, so an enemy that cleanses the Defense, Attack, or Hit Chance reductions, or simply blocks them with immunity, removes most of what she contributes on her attacks.
  • Buff removal and stealing — The Attack boost she grants is her main payoff, and a foe that dispels or steals it leaves her with little besides the turn-order push.
  • Buff-duration shortening — Her support buffs only last two turns, so an enemy that cuts buff duration can erase them almost as soon as she applies them.
  • Cooldown pressure and burst before she sets up — Both her support and her debuff grenade sit on four-turn cooldowns and she has no passive, so a team that bursts down her carry early or simply out-paces her leaves her unable to keep enabling anyone.
