Montmorancy is a 3-star Ice Soul Weaver support healer. Her basic Sleep Sorcery hits a single enemy with a chance to put them to sleep for 1 turn, while her real job is sustain: Purification (2-turn cooldown) cleanses one debuff from the whole team and heals any debuffed allies, and Watery Curtain (3-turn cooldown) heals one ally and grants them immunity for 2 turns. All her healing scales off the target's max Health rather than her own offense, so she is built bulky and exists to keep allies topped up and protected, not to deal damage.

Counters

  • Teams that rely on stacking debuffs and damage-over-time — Her team-wide cleanse strips a debuff off every ally and simultaneously heals those who were debuffed, undoing poison, burn, and similar chip damage before it snowballs.
  • Controllers that depend on stuns and lockdown — Watery Curtain's 2-turn immunity blocks the next incoming debuffs entirely, so a key ally can shrug off a stun, freeze, or silence and keep acting on schedule.
  • Single high-priority threats she can stall — Sleep Sorcery has a chance to put one enemy to sleep for a turn, denying that target its action and buying her team tempo against a dangerous opener.
  • Attrition and poke compositions — Her HP-scaling heals across two skills let allies out-sustain slow, grinding damage, making her strong into teams that try to win on the long game.

Countered by

  • Enemy cleanse and dispel — Her two best tools are buffs and a sleep debuff; an enemy that cleanses removes her sleep, and one that dispels can strip the immunity off the ally she just protected, erasing her setup.
  • Enemies that already carry immunity — Her only offensive pressure is the sleep chance on Sleep Sorcery, and an opponent under immunity simply blocks it, leaving her with no way to slow that target.
  • Anti-heal effects — Both her support skills lean on max-Health healing; an unhealable debuff shuts that off and reduces her to a slow attacker who only occasionally lands a sleep.
  • Burst damage faster than her cooldowns — Purification and Watery Curtain sit on 2 and 3 turn cooldowns and she is slow, so a fast cleave can kill an ally before she can heal or grant immunity again.
