Rima is a fast 3-star Ice Ranger support-controller who works one target at a time, never hitting the whole enemy team. Her bread and butter is Lullaby Arrow, a single-target shot that can put one foe to sleep for a turn and grants her an extra turn afterward, while her basic Quick Shot trims her own cooldown by 1 whenever it crits. Her real value is teamwork: War Hymn (5-turn cooldown) reduces a chosen ally's skill cooldowns by 2 turns, letting a key carry fire its big skill sooner. She has no passive and leans on her sleep landing, which is gated by chance and her Soul gauge.

Counters

  • Single dangerous threats she can lock down — Lullaby Arrow can put one enemy to sleep for a turn, neutralizing a priority attacker before it acts; the extra turn she gains lets her immediately follow up or reposition the team's tempo.
  • Allies with long, game-deciding cooldowns — War Hymn shaves 2 turns off a chosen ally's skill cooldowns, so a heavy-hitting carry or key support can re-fire its decisive ability far sooner than the enemy expects.
  • Slower enemy lineups — She sits in a fast speed band and her crit-driven self cooldown reduction on Quick Shot lets her cycle her sleep more often, so against sluggish teams she gets to act and apply control first.

Countered by

  • Teams that cleanse or remove debuffs — Her sleep is a removable control rather than a hard lock, so any ally cleanse instantly wakes the slept target and erases her main disruptive tool.
  • Effect-immunity and debuff-block — If the enemy is shielded by immunity or a debuff-block aura, Lullaby Arrow's sleep simply fails to land, leaving her with only weak single-target damage.
  • Wide attacking threats — Because every offensive skill she has is single-target, she can only ever sleep one enemy at a time and cannot blunt area-of-effect openers that hit her whole team at once.
  • Unreliable sleep and downtime — The sleep is only a chance and depends on her Soul gauge, and Lullaby Arrow sits on a 4-turn cooldown while War Hymn is on 5, so a missed proc or a bad-luck non-crit string leaves her with long gaps and no passive to fall back on.
