Roaming Warrior Leo is a 4-star Dark Ranger built around bomb damage and tearing down buffed enemies. His single-target shots can lower a target's Attack and Defense, and his second skill both speeds up his ultimate (cutting its cooldown by one turn) and detonates any bombs sitting on the enemy at the end of the turn for burst damage. His ultimate, Go, Racoo!, hits all enemies, strips one turn off their buffs, then has a chance to slow them and plant a fresh bomb, while granting himself a one-time shield against the next debuff or skill effect. He relies on landing his bombs and detonating them on schedule, and his teamwide pressure only comes off his long-cooldown ultimate.

Counters

  • Buff-stacking teams — His ultimate shaves a turn off every enemy buff before he even strikes, and he deals extra punishment against enemies that are buffed, so heroes who pile on attack, crit, or defense buffs lose value the moment Leo's Racoo lands.
  • Squishy backline targets — He chains Attack-down and Defense-down on single targets, then his shockbomb detonates planted bombs at end of turn, stacking direct hits that pressure low-defense damage dealers.
  • Slow or fragile turn-cyclers — His ultimate can slow the whole enemy team and plant bombs on everyone, eroding the turn order and chipping health off heroes that depend on going first or staying topped up.
  • Debuff-trigger comps — He grants himself a one-time shield against the next harmful effect on his ultimate, letting him push through a counterattack or control attempt that would otherwise interrupt his bomb setup.

Countered by

  • Cleansers and dispellers — His payoff is detonating bombs and keeping Attack/Defense down on the target. A teammate that cleanses allies or strips his debuffs removes the bombs before they explode, erasing most of his damage.
  • Buff-removal counters on himself — His only self-protection is a single skill shield from his ultimate; a hero who steals or strips that buff leaves him fully exposed to control on his next turn.
  • Immunity and buff-extension setups — Enemies under immunity simply refuse his bombs, slow, and stat-downs, and his ultimate only trims one turn of buffs, so heavy buff-extension or pre-applied immunity blunts his whole kit.
  • Fast bruisers and burst openers — As an average-speed hero with no passive and a five-turn ultimate, he needs setup turns; faster attackers can pressure or kill him before his shockbomb-to-detonation loop comes online.
