Summer's Disciple Alexa is a 3-star Ice Thief who fights one target at a time, stacking damage-over-time and cashing it in for a heavy finishing blow. Her basic attack swings dual swords, and a critical hit has a 50% chance to trigger a bonus Lightning Bolt strike (once per turn). Her second skill applies two stacks of bleed for 2 turns while self-boosting her Combat Readiness by 30% to act again sooner. Her ultimate raises her own Attack for 3 turns and hits harder the more debuffs are already on the target, rewarding her for setting up bleeds first.

Counters

  • Single squishy targets she can set up and delete — She is a pure single-target hunter: she stacks two bleeds, self-pushes her turn meter, then fires a finisher that scales up with every debuff on the victim, so a lone fragile enemy gets bled and bursted down quickly.
  • Slower enemies that let her chain turns — Cold Edge gives her a flat 30% Combat Readiness boost on use, letting her take extra turns to reapply bleeds and reach her big-damage finisher faster than sluggish foes can respond.
  • Targets that can't shrug off the bleed she relies on — Her finisher's damage scales with the number of debuffs stuck on the target, so enemies with no way to clear her two bleed stacks eat the full bonus damage on Glistening Summer Strike.

Countered by

  • Cleanse — Her payoff comes from bleeds sitting on the target to inflate her finisher; an enemy who wipes those debuffs off strips the bonus damage and leaves her hitting for far less.
  • Immunity and debuff blocks — If the target can't be afflicted, her bleed stacks never land, so her debuff-count finisher loses its scaling and her whole setup collapses.
  • Long ultimate cooldown — Her biggest hit is locked behind a 5-turn cooldown, so once it's spent she has a long window where she's only chipping with basics and bleeds, giving foes time to recover or kill her first.
  • Burst and crowd control before she sets up — She has no passive defenses and must spend turns stacking bleed before her finisher matters, so a faster nuker or a stun or freeze can cut her down or lock her out before she ever reaches her payoff.
