Cecilia is a 5-star Fire Knight built as a durable disruptor whose damage and barrier both scale off her max Health. Her basic spear strike hits one enemy and can lower Defense for 2 turns, landing far more reliably against targets already suffering reduced Attack. Her cooldown-3 skill hits the whole enemy team, can stamp Attack Down before stripping one buff off each target, and gets sharply more accurate when she drops to half Health or below. Her ultimate hits all enemies and can provoke them for a turn, then hands every ally immunity for 2 turns and shields herself with a barrier, making her a team-protecting buff-stripper who locks down threats rather than a burst carry.

Counters

  • Buff-stacking teams that rely on shields and offensive boosts — Her team-wide attack strips one buff from each enemy, peeling away the protection and damage buffs those compositions are built on before they can capitalize.
  • Heavy hitters and sustain-through-damage carries — Her area attack can stamp Attack Down for 2 turns, blunting enemy burst and shrinking the lifesteal that damage-fed attackers lean on, since they recover less when they hit for less.
  • Setup units that need their first big turn — Her ultimate can provoke the whole enemy team for a turn, forcing key threats to waste their action attacking instead of executing a combo or follow-up.
  • Debuff-and-control teams trying to lock down her allies — Her ultimate grants immunity to every ally for 2 turns, so stuns, sleeps, and other crowd control bounce off the team right when she needs them protected.

Countered by

  • Cleansers — Her pressure leans on the Defense Down and Attack Down she applies; an ally cleanse wipes those debuffs off the enemy team and undoes her setup.
  • Enemy buff-strippers — Her own survivability rides on the self-barrier and team immunity from her ultimate, and an enemy dispel can tear those protective buffs away.
  • Immunity going up before she acts — Her provoke, Defense Down, and Attack Down all need to land; if enemies already hold immunity, every one of those debuffs simply fails to apply.
  • Burst that races her long cooldowns — Her buff-strip is on a 3-turn cooldown and her protection ultimate on 5 turns, so fast teams can kill before those tools come back, and with no passive she has no automatic safety net between them.
