Muwi is a 3-star Ice Thief built around counterattacking and chip pressure rather than burst. Her first skill leaps at a single enemy with a chance to apply Bleed for 2 turns, and her third skill hits the whole enemy team with a chance to drop their Defense for 2 turns. The heart of her kit is Coldhearted Management: when the front ally is attacked she answers with Blade Flurry once every 2 turns, lowering that attacker's Attack for 2 turns, and if the whole team is Ice she also pushes every ally's turn meter by 10%. She runs no passive, so all of her value rides on those active triggers.

Counters

  • Teams that repeatedly attack your front line — Her counter answers any hit on the foremost ally with Blade Flurry once every 2 turns, and that swing lowers the attacker's Attack for 2 turns, so aggressive bruisers and basic-attack spammers feed her retaliation and get weakened for it.
  • Sustain lineups that survive on healing — Her leap has a chance to apply Bleed for 2 turns, adding steady damage that pressures healers and high-survivability enemies who would otherwise out-heal direct hits.
  • Bulky front-liners and defensive walls — Her area attack can strip the whole enemy team's Defense for 2 turns, softening tanky targets so her hits and her allies' hits land for more.
  • Mono-Ice teams racing for the first turn — When every ally is Ice she pushes the entire team's Combat Readiness by 10%, helping the group move first and chain its rotation ahead of the enemy.

Countered by

  • Enemies who suppress counterattacks — If a hero's attacks cannot trigger a counter, Blade Flurry never fires, removing both her retaliation damage and the Attack-down debuff that is the core of her kit.
  • Debuff immunity and removal — An immunity shield, a cleanse, or shortened debuff duration wipes away her Bleed, Defense-down, and Attack-down, leaving her with little lasting pressure.
  • Buff stripping and stealing — The attack-side help she hands allies can be stolen or stripped, so her offensive support is turned off or flipped against the team.
  • Her own conditional and cooldown limits — Blade Flurry works only once every 2 turns and only when the front ally is attacked, the team Combat Readiness push needs an all-Ice lineup, and her area Defense strip sits on a 4-turn cooldown, so a foe that ignores the front line or wins the race early sidesteps most of what she offers.
