Butcher Corps Inquisitor is a 3-star Fire Knight built to grind down a single durable target. His basic attack chances to strip two buffs off an enemy, and his main hit deals more damage the lower his own health drops, recovering some of that damage back as he swings. A standing passive caps how much any single blow can take from his health, letting him soak heavy hits and then convert his missing health into bigger payback. He is purely a one-target fighter with no team-wide effects.

Counters

  • Buff-stacking enemies who pile on shields and self-buffs — His basic attack has a chance to strip a buff twice in one hit, peeling away the layered shields, attack boosts, and protections that buff-heavy heroes lean on before going for the kill.
  • Foes that survive on a single key protection — Because he can strip buffs, he can knock off an invincibility, immunity, or barrier that an enemy was counting on to live, opening them up to follow-up damage.
  • Burst attackers trying to delete him in one hit — His passive caps the damage any single attack can do to a slice of his max health, so even big nukes cannot one-shot him, and he turns that survived damage into stronger lost-health-scaling hits.
  • Drawn-out one-on-one brawls — His main strike grows stronger the more health he has lost and heals him back as he attacks, so the longer a duel with a single tough target runs, the harder he hits and the longer he sustains.

Countered by

  • Enemies that block your healing — His sustain comes from the lifesteal and recovery tied to his attacks, so an opponent that prevents healing shuts off his ability to stay alive while he sits at low health.
  • Teams with no buffs to remove — His standout tool is buff-stripping, so against opponents who do not rely on buffs there is nothing to dispel and his disruption value collapses to plain single-target damage.
  • Wide multi-target compositions — Every one of his hits lands on just one enemy with no splash, so a team that spreads threats or fields several attackers can win the numbers game while he is locked onto one target.
  • Sustained pressure that ignores his damage cap — The passive only limits each individual hit, so rapid repeated strikes, damage-over-time, or chip that bypasses the per-hit cap can still bleed him down, especially once his health recovery is denied.
