Perfumer Byblis is a Fire Soul Weaver who is exceptional because she does two top-tier jobs at once — heavy team-wide damage AND a near-unkillable team safety net — which is why she warps drafts and is a near-permanent ban target. Her signature Aura de la Mort first buffs her own Effectiveness so it lands, then stamps two stacks of venom on the ENTIRE enemy team and detonates them the same turn; venom scales off each targets max Health, so that is serious burst to the whole board at once — not chip — no matter how tanky the enemies are. At the same time her passive is a reactive lifeline that is hard to play around: every enemy turn it shields the whole team, and the instant any ally drops to half Health it dispels two debuffs from everyone, heals them, and grants a 2-turn barrier scaled off her own huge Health pool. Rose Breeze adds a Defense break to set the rest up. One unit that cleanses, heals, barriers AND burns down whole teams is why she is a defining, must-respect pick rather than a niche support.

  • High-Health and bulky frontliners — Her venom hits every enemy with two stacks and detonates the same turn, and it scales off each targets max Health rather than her attack stat — so the tankiest frontliners and high-Health backliners take heavy damage from the ticks plus the detonation no matter how much armor they stack.
  • Burst-and-pressure teams trying to delete a squishy ally — Her passive reacts the instant an ally falls to half Health after an attack: it heals, hands the whole team a barrier scaled off her huge Health pool, and the start-of-enemy-turn fragrance softens incoming hits, so single big spikes often fail to convert into a kill.
  • Heavy debuff and crowd-control compositions — When an ally is brought low her La Vie en Rose cleanses two debuffs from the entire team and the barrier blunts follow-up pressure, letting her undo stuns, bleeds, and control stacks that other teams pile on to lock down a target.

  • Cleansers and debuff-duration shorteners — Her damage lives entirely in poison that ticks for 2 turns before detonating; an enemy who cleanses the venom or cuts its duration removes most of her offense before it pays off, and Rose Breeze alone is just a single-target poke.
  • Effect resistance and immunity — Despite her self Effectiveness buff, foes with high resistance or an immunity buff can block the poison and the Defense break outright, leaving her with no meaningful damage that turn.
  • Anti-heal and barrier removal — Her sustain is the whole point of her kit, so blocking healing turns her reactive lifeline into just a small barrier, and stripping or stealing that barrier and her fragrance buff lets attackers push allies past the point her passive can save them.
  • Fast, cooldown-punishing pressure — Her poison spread sits on a 4-turn cooldown and her cleanse-heal-barrier only fires after an ally is already badly hurt, so being out-sped and burst down before those long-cooldown tools come back online slips past her defenses.
