Celestial Mercedes is a 4-star Dark Mage built around shutting off enemy healing and hitting whole teams based on their Health. Her basic shock attack has a chance to make a single target unable to be healed for two turns, while her two cooldown skills strike all enemies at once: one deals damage scaled to each enemy's max Health, and her ultimate Finale blasts the team and then raises her own Combat Readiness by up to 20% based on how many critical hits she lands. She trades on tempo and anti-heal pressure rather than control or survivability, with no passive to lean on and a slow base speed.

Counters

  • Healing and lifesteal teams — Her shock attack can stamp a target as unable to be healed for two turns, neutering dedicated healers, heal-over-time supports, and self-sustaining lifesteal bruisers who rely on recovering Health to stay alive.
  • Revive and sustain-stall comps — By choking off the recovery those defensive teams depend on, she punishes attrition and stall setups that expect to out-heal incoming damage, turning a grind war in her favor.
  • Bulky high-Health frontlines — Dimensional Rupture deals damage proportional to each enemy's max Health, so beefy tanks and big-HP walls that shrug off normal hits take heavy, percentage-based punishment from her.
  • Whole enemy teams at once — Both her cooldown skills strike all enemies, and Finale feeds her own Combat Readiness off critical hits, letting her chain back into another team-wide hit and apply broad pressure quickly.

Countered by

  • Cleanse and debuff removal — Her main threat is the Unhealable mark; any ally cleanse, immediate buff/debuff scrub, or effect that shortens debuff duration wipes it off before it matters, and the healing she was trying to block resumes.
  • Debuff immunity — Enemies who enter with immunity simply ignore the Unhealable application, so her whole anti-heal plan whiffs against pre-buffed or immunity-granting teams.
  • Slow speed and long cooldowns — She is slow-tempo and her two AoE hits sit on four- and six-turn cooldowns; faster teams move first, and once her ultimate is spent she leans on basic attacks while it recharges.
  • Single-target, chance-based shutdown — The Unhealable debuff only lands on one enemy and only on a chance, so a focused healer can be missed entirely, and with no passive she has no fallback when the proc fails.
