Lucy is a 3-star Earth Soul Weaver support built around paper magic. Her basic Paper Throw hits one enemy and can block their Combat Readiness gain for 2 turns, while Paper Whirlwind strikes all enemies with a chance each to block Combat Readiness gain and slow their Speed for 2 turns. Her real value is Paper Barrier, a 4-turn-cooldown skill that heals every ally and grants each a 2-turn barrier, both scaling off her own max Health, so she leans into a tanky bulk build rather than damage. She has no passive and her bulk-scaled support is gated behind cooldowns.

Counters

  • Enemies that rely on filling their turn meter to act first — Both her attacks can block Combat Readiness gain for 2 turns, and Paper Whirlwind also slows the whole enemy team, denying tempo to heroes that depend on racing ahead and pushing their own bar.
  • Burst and chip-damage teams trying to drop her allies — Paper Barrier heals all allies and shields each with a barrier for 2 turns, and because both effects scale with her max Health, a bulky build lets the whole team eat incoming hits and survive opening salvos.
  • Squishy enemy lineups grouped together — Paper Whirlwind hits every enemy at once, spreading the turn-meter block and Speed slow across the board so no single attacker gets a clean head start.

Countered by

  • Teams that cleanse debuffs — Her control is entirely her Combat Readiness block and Speed slow; a cleanse wipes them off her targets and removes the only pressure she applies, leaving just a slow attacker.
  • Enemies that strip buffs — Her team's survival hinges on the barriers she grants; a buff stripper can remove those shields and undo her one defensive turn before the 4-turn cooldown lets her recast.
  • Heal blockers — Paper Barrier's recovery is her main payoff, so an unhealable effect that stops Health recovery shuts down half of her kit and leaves allies relying only on the barrier.
  • Debuff immunity and fast enemies — Immunity buffs make her turn-meter block and slow simply fail to land, and with low base Speed and no passive she often acts late, so quicker enemies move and burst before she can protect or control.
