New Moon Luna

New Moon Luna is a 5-star Light Mage built around mass buff stripping and disabling, with damage that scales off her own max Health. Her ultimate, Moon's Judgment, spends mana to strip every buff from all enemies and then seal them for 2 turns, and because it ignores Effect Resistance it lands reliably; she also enters the fight with a one-time skill nullifier protecting her. Her single-target attacks push her own Combat Readiness so she takes turns again quickly, and her S2 thrust inflicts Decreased Defense for 1 turn while splashing bonus damage onto the whole enemy team. She has no passive, so everything she does comes from her three active skills.

• Teams that rely on buffs to function — Her ultimate strips every buff from all enemies before locking them down, so attack/defense/immunity/barrier stacks that an enemy team builds up get wiped in one move.
• Hard-to-debuff control targets — Moon's Judgment seals all enemies for 2 turns and ignores Effect Resistance, so even high-resist threats get reliably silenced and locked out of their key skills.
• Tanky, defensive frontlines — Her damage scales with her own max Health rather than Attack, and her S2 inflicts Decreased Defense for a turn while splashing damage to the whole team, letting her chip down sturdy bruisers her allies then finish.

• Cleansers on the enemy team — Her seal and Decreased Defense are removable debuffs, so an ally that cleanses can immediately free the locked-down enemies and undo her control before it matters.
• Immunity going into the fight — Enemies under an immunity buff simply block her seal and defense break entirely, neutralizing the disabling half of her kit even though her dispel can still strip the immunity.
• Her ultimate's mana and cooldown — Moon's Judgment is a non-attacking skill that costs mana and is on cooldown, so once it is spent she cannot strip-and-seal again immediately and is left relying on her weaker single-target attacks.
• Burst before she acts, especially anti-Health damage — With no passive and her one-time nullifier consumed early, she has no inherent survivability; opponents who out-speed her or hit hard against high-HP targets can drop her before her control lands.
