Mascot Hazel is a 3-star Fire Soul Weaver support healer. Her basic attack hits one enemy with fire magic and has a chance to make that target unhealable for 2 turns, shutting off their recovery. Her second skill is a single-target heal that scales off her Attack and the ally's max Health, doubling when that ally is at 50% Health or less, and also pushes her own Combat Readiness by 15%. Her third skill rallies the team with a one-turn Attack buff to all allies, heals everyone, and dispels one debuff from the target, upgrading to a Greater Attack buff when cast on a Fire-element ally.

Counters

  • Enemy healers, lifesteal carries, and revivers — Her basic attack can stamp a 2-turn unhealable on a target, switching off their ability to recover Health, which neuters sustain-based comps that rely on healing, lifesteal, or healing-into-revive to stay alive.
  • Debuff, damage-over-turn, and crowd-control teams — Her third skill dispels a debuff from an ally while team-healing, letting her shrug off poisons, burns, slows, and similar lockdown effects that would otherwise grind her team down.
  • Allies who need a damage and tempo boost — She buffs the whole team's Attack for a turn, hands a stronger Attack buff to a Fire ally, and self-pushes her Combat Readiness 15% each heal, helping her own carry hit harder and turn faster.
  • Low-health allies under burst pressure — Her single-target heal doubles its recovery when the ally is at or below 50% Health, so she can yank a focused-down teammate back from the brink and keep them in the fight.

Countered by

  • Debuff immunity — If the enemy grants immunity before her basic attack lands, the unhealable simply fails to apply, removing her only real way to pressure an opposing healer.
  • Enemy cleanse — Opponents who scrub debuffs off themselves can immediately remove the unhealable she applies, undoing her sustain shutdown.
  • Buff strip and buff steal — Her contribution is mostly the team Attack buff; an enemy who dispels or steals buffs erases that boost and leaves her offering little beyond healing.
  • Enemy unhealable and her own slow cadence — If the enemy makes her allies unhealable, all of her healing is wasted, and with her stronger heal and team buff locked behind 2- and 4-turn cooldowns plus no passive, she has little to fall back on while they recharge.
