Otillie is a 3-star Dark Mage built as a single-target disruptor. Her basic attack hits one enemy with a chance to make them unhealable for 2 turns, while her cooldown skill strikes one target, pushes back their turn meter, and silences them for 2 turns so they cannot use skills. Her passive softens incoming all-target hits for the whole team by reducing damage from attacks that strike every ally. She brings no healing, shields, or buffs of her own and disrupts only one enemy at a time.

Counters

  • Heal-reliant and revive teams — Her unhealable debuff stops a target from recovering health for 2 turns, neutering dedicated healers and stalling lifesteal or revive-based survival on whoever she marks.
  • Skill-dependent threats and openers — Mana Release silences a key enemy for 2 turns, locking them out of their abilities so a fast opener or combo carry cannot fire its signature skill on schedule.
  • Turn-meter-hungry attackers — That same skill knocks back the target's Combat Readiness, delaying a would-be first-mover and buying her team tempo before the enemy can act.
  • All-target burst comps — Her passive reduces the damage allies take from attacks aimed at the whole team, blunting wide AoE bombs aimed at the back line.

Countered by

  • Cleanse support — Her whole identity is debuffs on one enemy; an ally cleanse wipes the silence and unhealable off the target, undoing her work in a single action.
  • Immunity / effect resistance — An immunity buff or a resisted effect chance simply blocks the silence or unhealable from landing, leaving her attack as plain, modest damage.
  • Wide cleave teams — Everything she does lands on a single target, so a team that hits all enemies at once outpaces her one-at-a-time disruption.
  • Burst before her cooldown is ready — Silence and the meter push only come from a 4-turn-cooldown skill, so fast aggression can kill or set up before she can lock down a threat, and her own frail 3-star stats and no self-sustain leave little margin.
