Aki

Aki is a single-target Fire Warrior who hunts one enemy down with stacking Burns. Her basic attack can apply a Burn and then immediately detonates all Burns on that target at the end of the turn, and her cooldown skill first dispels every buff on the target before applying two more Burns and detonating again — both attacks ignore the enemy's Effect Resistance, so the Burns land even on resist-heavy targets. Her passive makes her self-sufficient and hard to delete: it boosts her Attack, caps the damage she can take in a single hit to no more than 51% of her max Health, and lets her Soulburn by spending 51% of her own Health instead of Soul to grab an extra turn. The trade-off is that she cannot be healed or covered by damage-sharing effects, so she lives entirely off that one-hit damage cap.

Counters

• Buff-stacked carries and tanks — Her cooldown skill strips every buff off the target before it hits, so heroes that pile on attack, defense, or barrier buffs lose all of it in one strike, and any protective barrier comes down with it.
• Defensive walls and revive/immortal setups — She layers multiple Burns and detonates them on the same turn for instant burst, and because the Burns ignore Effect Resistance they stick even on high-resist bruisers — letting her chunk down durable defensive units that would otherwise shrug off damage-over-time.
• Effect-resistance-built targets — Her Burns are only a chance to apply, so high-Effect-Resistance targets can resist them; her reliable pressure against them is the buff-dispel on her cooldown skill rather than guaranteed Burns.
• Burst attackers trying to one-shot her — Her passive caps the damage she takes from any single hit at 51% of max Health, so a big nuke that would normally kill her can never bring her below roughly half, letting her survive the opening blow and answer back.

• Cleansers and debuff removal — Her whole damage plan is putting Burns on a target and detonating them; if an ally wipes those Burns off before they detonate, she does very little, since the detonation has nothing left to trigger.
• Immunity buffs — An immunity buff blocks her Burns from ever landing — and while her dispel can strip buffs, on the basic attack she has no buff-strip, so an enemy that pre-applies immunity simply refuses her main debuff.
• No healing and no damage-sharing — Her passive forbids her from being healed or shielded by damage-sharing, so her team cannot top her up; chip damage and sustained pressure that stays under her one-hit cap will grind her down with no way to recover.
• Long dispel cooldown — Her buff-stripping detonation sits on a 5-turn cooldown, so against teams that re-apply buffs and barriers every turn she can only break their protection occasionally and is left detonating with her weaker basic attack in between.
