Vigilante Leader Glenn is a 3-star Earth Ranger built around single-target sniping. His basic Quick Fire rapidly shoots one enemy with a chance to lower their Defense for 2 turns, while his Precise Attack fires a missile at a single foe and, if that hit defeats them, marks them so they cannot be revived, with a built-in 15% hit-chance boost that lets it punch through evasion. To set up the kill he can release his limiter, granting himself a large Attack buff and increased Critical Hit Chance for 2 turns before lining up the shot. He has no passive and no team-wide effects; everything points one enemy at a time and leans on his two cooldown skills.

  • Revive and resurrection teams — When his Precise Attack lands the killing blow it inflicts a mark that stops the target from being brought back, so heroes built to res their allies or self-revive stay dead once Glenn finishes them.
  • Dodge and evasion units — His Precise Attack carries a built-in 15% hit-chance increase and his shots are tuned to connect through evasion, so high-dodge targets that normally fish for missed attacks still get hit.
  • Single high-Defense targets — Quick Fire can strip Defense for 2 turns and Limiter Release stacks a big Attack and Crit boost on himself, letting his missile chunk down a tanky lone target he focuses.

Countered by

  • Cleanse, dispel, and buff theft — His damage spike depends entirely on the self-only Attack and Crit buff from Limiter Release; stripping or stealing those buffs leaves him hitting for normal damage with nothing to compensate.
  • Immunity and effect resistance — His only debuff is the chance to lower Defense on Quick Fire, so an enemy under immunity blocks the shred and forces him to crack a much sturdier target with no setup.
  • Surviving his cooldowns — Precise Attack runs on a 4-turn cooldown and Limiter Release on 5, with no passive to fall back on; a target that endures the opening nuke gets several turns where Glenn only has his weak basic attack.
  • Multi-target pressure — Everything he does hits one enemy at a time and only buffs himself, so wide teams that spread damage or threaten his squad simultaneously give him no answer beyond picking off a single foe.
