Summertime Iseria

Summertime Iseria is a Fire Ranger built around bomb detonation and buff removal. Her first skill strikes one enemy and has a chance to strip two buffs from it, while her passive gives her a free first Soulburn, cannot be critically hit, and reacts when another ally attacks all enemies by pushing the whole team's Combat Readiness up by 15% and planting bombs on two random foes. Her third skill hits every enemy, lowers their Attack for two turns, and detonates all bombs at the end of the turn for a burst of fixed damage. She works as a team-wide turn accelerator and a bomb-burst finisher who also tears down enemy buffs.
