Pirate Captain Flan

Pirate Captain Flan is a 5-star Dark Ranger built around buffs and bombs. Her single-target attack steals a buff from the target and detonates any bombs already planted on it at the end of the turn, while her AoE finisher hits the whole enemy team, steals a buff, plants a 2-turn bomb on everyone, and pushes their turn meters back by 20%. Her passive grants 30% damage reduction whenever she is hit, and after an ally attacks a buff-less enemy it triggers Hunt, which rallies the team with an attack-up buff and a Combat Readiness boost. She is a tempo-controlling buff stealer and team enabler rather than a pure burst carry.
