Kayron is a Fire Thief built around an immortality passive and lost-HP scaling. His default attacks (Void Slash and Apocalypse) are single-target sword strikes that hit harder the lower his own Health is; Void Slash can also blind a target to make it miss, and only expands into a hit-all-enemies attack when Kayron is holding a buff and the attack wasn't a Dual Attack. Apocalypse heals him for a portion of the damage it deals and, on a kill, extends his current buffs by one turn. His signature Immortal Will passive triggers when he takes lethal damage, granting one turn of immortality, two turns of increased Evasion, and a full reset of his skill cooldowns, letting him survive a killing blow and immediately swing back.

  • Buff removal and buff stealing — Stripping or stealing his buffs cuts off the evasion and attack buffs his survival leans on, and it also denies Void Slash its hit-all conversion, which only happens while he is holding a buff.
  • Healing denial — An effect that prevents him from being healed shuts down both his lifesteal on Apocalypse and his ability to climb back from low Health, leaving him fragile after his immortality turn ends.
  • Buff-duration reduction or quick follow-up — His Immortal Will only buys one turn of immortality and two of evasion on a 9-turn cooldown; shortening those buffs or simply attacking again after they expire kills him before the passive can come back up.
  • Immunity and cleanse on the enemy — Immunity blocks his blind and silence outright, and cleanse wipes them after the fact, removing the control pressure his kit applies.
