Tori

Tori is a fast 5-star Fire Thief whose passive makes every buff she puts on herself undispellable, caps the damage any single hit can deal her, and gives each of her self-buffs a chance to hand her an extra turn at the start of the round, so she stacks unremovable buffs and cascades into repeated turns. Her main skill grants every ally increased Attack and Speed for three turns while giving herself a Hit Chance buff. Her basic attack hits one target and shields herself for a turn, with barrier strength scaling off her Attack. She is a survivable team enabler that shrugs off big hits and chases down dodgers.

• Dodge-reliant teams — Her main skill grants herself an Increase Hit Chance buff, and her passive makes buffs on herself undispellable so that accuracy sticks. Increased hit chance cancels the evasion roll, so heroes that lean on dodging her attacks get hit anyway.
• Single-target burst and one-shot assassins — Her passive caps the damage she can take from any one attack to a set fraction of her max Health, so even a nuker that would normally delete her in a single hit only chips her. She survives the rotation meant to kill her.
• Slower enemy lineups — She is naturally fast and her skill hands the whole team an Increase Speed buff for three turns, plus her passive can randomly grant her an extra turn off her self-buffs. That tempo lets her team move first and snowball turn order against slower compositions.
• Damage races where her team needs a push — On top of speed she gives every ally an Increase Attack buff for three turns, raising the team's overall damage output to win attrition or DPS-check fights faster.

• Buff stealing — The Attack and Speed buffs she hands her allies sit on those allies, not on herself, so they are not protected by her undispellable passive. An enemy that steals buffs can take the team's offense buffs and turn them around.
• Shortening buff duration — Her value is the three-turn team Attack and Speed buff. An enemy that cuts buff duration ends that window early, collapsing the tempo and damage edge she set up.
• Dispel on her allies — While her own self-buffs cannot be stripped, the team-wide Attack and Speed she grants others can be dispelled off those allies, removing the support payoff even though Tori herself stays buffed.
• Sustained chip and heal-blocking — Her damage cap only limits each individual hit, so multi-hit attacks, damage-over-time ticks, and effects that block healing slip past it. Repeated small hits or a heal-block let damage accumulate despite the per-hit ceiling, and her own offense is modest since her only attack is a single-target hit.
