Mediator Kawerik is a 5-star Dark Warrior built as a durable, HP-scaling support-bruiser rather than a burst carry: all his damage scales off his own max Health. His opening attack (Retribution) dashes in and pushes the turn meter of both himself and his highest-readiness ally, helping his team move first. Balance of Power is his control tool — it strips every buff off a single enemy, lowers that target's Attack for 2 turns, and shields the whole team with a barrier scaled to the target's max Health. Nature Restoration is a non-attacking reset that cleanses all debuffs from allies, grants them Attack up, jumps his own readiness by 50%, and shaves a turn off his own debuffs while it's available, letting him soak crowd control and keep functioning.

  • Buff-stacking and shield-reliant enemies — Balance of Power dispels every buff off the chosen target before it hits, so foes who pile on attack buffs, barriers, or invincibility to survive lose all of it at once — and the follow-up Attack down keeps that target hitting soft afterward.
  • Hard-hitting attackers and burst threats — On top of stripping the enemy's Attack-up and lowering their Attack for 2 turns, he wraps his whole team in a max-HP-scaled barrier, blunting the damage of aggressive openers and one-shot carries.
  • Debuff and damage-over-time comps — Nature Restoration cleanses all debuffs from every ally and his passive turn-trim shortens his own debuffs, so poison, bleed, and control stacks that try to grind his team down get wiped clean on a rotation.
  • Speed-race and first-turn teams — He pushes his own and his top ally's combat readiness on the opener and gains another 50% readiness from Nature Restoration, letting his side win the tempo battle and act before slower setups can land their plan.

  • Enemy cleanse and debuff-duration cutters — His pressure leans on the single-target Attack down from Balance of Power; a healer or unit that cleanses allies or shortens debuffs simply removes that drop, and Balance of Power then sits on a 4-turn cooldown before he can reapply it.
  • Effect immunity and buff protection — If the target is under immunity, his dispel and Attack down are refused outright, leaving him as just an HP-scaling poke since he carries no way to break through that wall.
  • Wide AoE and multi-target threats — Both his strip and his Attack down only touch one enemy at a time, so spread-out damage comps and cleave teams pressure his whole side faster than he can answer one target per cast.
  • Sustained pressure during his long cooldowns — His team-wide cleanse and Attack buff on Nature Restoration run on a 7-turn cooldown; comps that re-apply debuffs or rebuild buffs immediately after his reset can simply out-tempo the gaps between his big plays.
