Birgitta

Birgitta is a 5-star Ice Soul Weaver built entirely around control and tempo, not damage. Her first skill hits one enemy and drains its Combat Readiness, and that drain is doubled if the target is already affected by Block. Her second skill cleanses two debuffs from one ally and immediately grants them a free extra turn while pushing their Combat Readiness. Her ultimate strips every buff off a single enemy, ignores their Effect Resistance, and has a chance to both Bind the target (so it cannot use extra skills, counterattacks, or dual attacks off-turn) and apply Block (so it cannot receive buffs or be cleansed) for 2 turns. Everything she does targets one unit at a time, so she is a precision disabler rather than an area cleaver.

Counters

• Buff-stacking carries and shielders — Her ultimate dispels every buff off the target at once and ignores Effect Resistance, so attack, defense, immunity, barriers and other stacked buffs are wiped before they matter, then the same skill tries to lock the now-naked target down.
• Heavy turn-one openers and fast threats — Her first skill knocks down enemy Combat Readiness on hit, and her ability to bind a key enemy denies its turn entirely, letting her slow or deny a fast hyper-carry or cleave starter before it can act.
• Effect-resistance fortresses — Because her ultimate ignores Effect Resistance, enemies who normally shrug off control still eat the bind and silence, so high-resist bruisers and tanks can be reliably locked down.
• Allies drowning in debuffs or facing immortal/invincible setups — Her second skill cleanses two debuffs from a chosen ally and hands them a free turn plus Combat Readiness, undoing enemy crowd control, damage-over-time and silence on her own side while accelerating her team's answer.

• Enemy cleanse and immunity — Her win condition is keeping a target bound and silenced; an ally cleanse, an immunity buff applied before her turn, or shortened debuff duration removes those locks and turns her ultimate into a buff-strip with no follow-up control.
• Enemy buff-strip and buff-steal — She leans on the swift-attack extra turn and Combat Readiness she grants her ally; if the enemy dispels or steals those buffs, the tempo she generates is erased and her support contribution collapses.
• Long cooldowns force her to ration control — Her dispel-and-lock ultimate is on a 5-turn cooldown and the cleanse-and-rush on 3 turns, so once spent she is left only with a single-target Combat Readiness poke and cannot re-lock a second threat for several turns.
• Low base damage and single-target reach — She brings almost no killing power and only ever affects one enemy at a time, so wide cleave teams or sustained bruisers that ignore being controlled can simply outlast her while she fails to actually remove a unit from the board.
