Ruiza

Ruiza is a five-star Fire Ranger built as a disruptive controller rather than a damage carry. Her basic whip hit speeds her up and adds damage based on the wounds already on the target, but her real work is on her two cooldown skills: a gust that strips two buffs off every enemy, knocks their turn meter back, and spreads the main target's debuffs around while cloaking her in stealth, and a heavy single-target blow that wipes all of the target's buffs, shoves it 50% down the turn order, ignores effect resistance, and can land bleed and silence. She also pushes her own turn meter forward 50% after that big skill and opens battle in stealth, letting her dictate the early tempo and keep enemies locked down and stripped.

• Teams that lean on big buffs — Her gust strips two buffs from the entire enemy line and her heavy hit removes every buff on its target, so attack stacks, defensive buffs, and barriers all get peeled before they matter.
• Fast or first-move openers — She begins the fight in stealth and her skills knock enemy turn meter backward (50% on the big hit) while pushing her own forward, so she can deny the enemy's opening play and grab tempo first.
• Heroes that depend on their active kit — Her finisher ignores effect resistance and can land silence, shutting off skill use, while the spread effect and bleed pile lasting damage and debuffs onto priority targets.
• Survivability stacked on buffs — Because she dispels rather than out-damages, enemies relying on invincibility, an immortal heal-over-time, or a barrier to stay alive lose those layers, opening them up for her team to finish.

• Effect immunity and cleanse — An immunity buff blocks her bleed, silence, and turn-meter push outright, and cleanse wipes the debuffs she lands or spreads, neutralizing her control before it sticks.
• Enemy dispel and buff theft — She relies on her own speed-up and her two stealth buffs to stay safe and act first; an enemy that strips or steals those buffs strips her stealth cover and tempo advantage.
• Buff-duration shorteners — Her stealth and self-speed are timed buffs, so anything that cuts buff duration shrinks her protection and her opening control window.
