Peira

Peira is a five-star Ice Thief built around shutting down buff-dependent teams while keeping herself untouchable. Her main attack hits one enemy with a chance to stun, and that stun chance jumps by 25% whenever she is shielded. Her cooldown skill strikes the whole enemy team, shaves a turn off their buffs, then blocks their Combat Readiness gain and makes them unable to be buffed for two turns. Her last skill grants every other ally an Attack boost, then wraps herself in stealth, an escort effect that routes ally damage to her, and a barrier that scales with her level.

• Teams that lean on stacked buffs — Her team-wide skill chops one turn off every enemy buff and then forbids them from being buffed for two turns, so compositions that win by piling on Attack, Defense, or speed buffs get their setup torn down and locked out.

• Buff-light, raw-stat aggro teams — Her team-wide kit is tuned to punish heavy buff reliance; against opponents who simply out-stat and out-damage without depending on buffs, stripping and blocking buffs accomplishes little.
• Burst that races her long cooldowns — The buff-strip lock sits on a six-turn cooldown and her stealth-and-barrier protection on a five-turn cooldown, so a team that bursts hard in the windows when those are down can punish the gap.
