Abyssal Yufine is a Dark Knight defensive bruiser whose damage scales off her own Defense. Her main attack hits all enemies with a chance to weaken their Attack, but the moment she is carrying her self-inflicted Trauma it transforms into a single hard-hitting strike that ignores 70% of one target’s Defense. Her real job is tempo control: her cooldown skill self-applies Trauma while knocking back the whole enemy team’s turn meter by 50% and ignoring their Effect Resistance, and her passive lets her gain resource and counterattack when struck, blunt the enemy team’s turn-meter gains in PvP, and automatically wipe her own debuffs once her resource is full.

  • Fast, turn-meter-hungry teams — Her cooldown skill drops the entire enemy team’s turn meter by 50% and ignores their Effect Resistance, and her passive shrinks any turn-meter boost the enemy gives itself, so she steals the opening tempo back from cleavers and speed comps that want to move first.
  • Buff-stacking and shielded enemies — Buff-stacking enemies are not her specialty — she has no buff-strip. Her edge against fast, buff-pumped teams is tempo: her cooldown skill knocks the whole enemy team’s turn meter back by 50% ignoring Effect Resistance, so they get less time to capitalize on stacked buffs.
  • Attackers who rely on landing the first big hit — Built as a tanky Defense-scaling wall, she can survive an opener and then counterattack when struck, punishing single-target nukers and on-attack threats that expected to delete a target on turn one.
  • Debuff and crowd-control reliant teams — Her passive cleanses all of her own debuffs the moment her Fighting Spirit fills, so stuns, silences, and stacked debuffs slide off her instead of locking her down.

  • Counterattack denial — A big part of her value is striking back when attacked; enemies that prevent counterattacks shut that engine off and reduce her to a slow, telegraphed bruiser.
  • Effect Immunity — Her chance to weaken enemy Attack does nothing against an immunity shield, and immunity also blanks out the soft control she leans on, leaving only her raw Defense-scaling damage.
  • Enemy cleanse and her own self-cleanse timing — Allied cleanse removes the Decreased Attack she applies, and because her transform only triggers while she is carrying her self-inflicted Trauma, her own auto-dispel can scrub that Trauma off and cancel the armor-piercing form she set up.
  • Long cooldown and average speed — Her tempo-control strike sits on a five-turn cooldown and she moves at only average speed, so genuinely faster teams can act before she lands it and she cannot repeat the turn-meter knockback every round.
