Fenris

Fenris is a 5-star Earth Ranger who fuels herself with Fighting Spirit and rewards a counter-and-extra-attack team. Her single-target hits come from Magic Arrow (which also speeds her up for a turn) and Strike of Fate, which buffs her own Attack for 3 turns, pushes every ally's Combat Readiness by 30%, and deals up to 70% more damage the more the target's max Health exceeds her own. Her passive starts the fight with 50 Fighting Spirit and, whenever an ally lands an extra attack, counterattack, or dual attack, fires Soaring Arrow at the whole enemy team while dispelling two debuffs from every ally and pushing her own Combat Readiness 30% (this on-hit trigger only fires once every 2 turns). So she is mostly a single-target damage dealer and tempo enabler whose only area-of-effect output is that conditional passive arrow.

• Big-health bruisers and tanks — Strike of Fate deals up to 70% more damage when the target's max Health is higher than Fenris's own, so the bulkier the front-line tank or beefy bruiser she shoots, the harder the arrow lands.
• Slow teams she can outpace — Magic Arrow speeds her up for a turn while Strike of Fate hands every ally 30% Combat Readiness, letting her squad take extra turns and act before slower opponents can set up.
• Debuff-stacking and control teams — Her passive Soaring Arrow dispels two debuffs from all allies whenever it triggers, scrubbing off things like defense breaks, damage-over-time, silence, and soft control before they pile up on the team.
• Counter-attack and extra-attack compositions — Each time an ally lands an extra attack, counter, or dual attack she gains 50 Fighting Spirit and fires a free all-target arrow, so she feeds off and amplifies aggressive multi-hit teammates.

• Buff steal and buff-strip — Her damage leans on the self Attack buff from Strike of Fate and the Speed buff from Magic Arrow; stealing or dispelling those buffs guts her offense and removes the edge she builds for herself.
• Buff-duration shortening — Cutting the length of her self Attack and Speed buffs means the windows she relies on expire early, leaving Strike of Fate to land without its boosted Attack.
• Squishy, low-Health enemies — Strike of Fate's bonus damage only scales when the target has more max Health than she does, so against small, low-Health targets her signature hit loses most of its punch.
• Stalling out her passive trigger — Soaring Arrow's free area hit and team cleanse only fire when an ally lands an extra attack, counter, or dual attack, and even then only once every 2 turns; teams that avoid triggering counters and extra hits starve her of that output and her cleanse.
