Sea Phantom Politis

Sea Phantom Politis is a very fast Dark-element Ranger built around stripping enemy buffs and choking enemy tempo. Her basic attack hits a single target and dispels one buff, and while she is enraged it also triggers a Dual Attack from her highest-Attack ally. Her passive cuts the resource (combat readiness) enemies gain by 50% and can cloak her in stealth at the start of battle and at the end of her turns, while her ultimate (5-turn cooldown) enrages the whole team for 2 turns, strips two buffs from every enemy, and slows them with a Speed reduction — and it ignores Effect Resistance so the strip and slow land reliably.

• Teams stacked with protective buffs — Her basic strips one buff and her ultimate tears two buffs off every enemy at once, and because the ultimate ignores Effect Resistance the strip lands even through high-resist defensive lines, undoing shields, immunity, and other defensive layers.
• Enemies that survive on Invincibility, Immortality, or barriers — Removing the buffs that keep them alive collapses their survival window; once the protective effect is dispelled, her allies' damage goes through instead of being absorbed or denied.
• Fast, tempo-hungry comps that want to act first — Her passive permanently reduces enemy resource gain by 50%, and her ultimate also lowers enemy Speed for 2 turns, so opponents who rely on getting their turns early or chaining a fast opener find their gauge and turn order dragged backward.
• Buff-stacking offensive setups — By dispelling the attack and readiness buffs those teams pile on, she denies the snowball before it triggers, while her own enrage and Dual Attack let her team punish the now-exposed enemies.

• Enemies that re-apply or cleanse their own buffs — Her disruption is buff removal; a teammate who reapplies key buffs or cleanses can simply restore what she strips, blunting both her single-target dispel and her ultimate.
• Effect immunity protecting the Speed reduction targets — Although her ultimate ignores Effect Resistance for the strip, an immunity buff already in place blocks the Speed-down debuff entirely, so the slow portion of her ultimate fizzles against pre-buffed enemies.
• Her own dispel being turned against her stealth and enrage — She leans on staying enraged for the extra Dual Attack and on stealth for survival; an enemy dispeller can remove her enrage stance — cutting off the bonus attack — or strip the stealth that keeps her safe.
